Normally the serving motion should start sideways to close your body, this allows you as the server to hide your serve and not give away a lot to your opponent in terms of delivery, placement and pace. Another thing I see in the motion is that she seems to be chasing her toss, plus she is not leaning into the court.
I am not trying to bash anybody but this type of serving, both motion and position in this picture you more often see in beginners. But u have to hand it to the girl, her ground strokes are one of the best on the WTA and is very strong mentally. However, I think she is around 26 years old and I don't know if she can change the motion. Good luck to her though.
